CaraLynn's been moving her entire life so it makes sense that she would have the experience, empathy and energy to help others with their moves! Since beginning her general brokerage real estate career here in the Cary area in 1997, she has consistently been a top-producer, not only in her office, but in the entire Triangle Area! She is highly respected by her peers as well as by her clients and friends. CaraLynn has received numerous awards; Listing Associate of the Year, Listings Sold Agent of the Year, Gold Council Designation, and her favorite... the Company Team Spirit Award, awarded by her office associates! Her many other Sales and Listing awards are too numerous to list. CaraLynn also sits on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams,the third largest real estate company in the nation - a position saved for the top agents in the office. CaraLynn has lived in Cary since 1995 and cannot imagine leaving the area! North Carolina just has far too much to offer! CaraLynn has two sons - Her youngest just left for beautiful Wilmington, NC to attend UNC-Wilmington and enjoy the beach! He also plays on the schools Ultimate Frisbee Team! Her eldest is a Senior at Elon University about an hour out of the Triangle Area. He plays tennis at Elon, is enjoying his Senior Year and will return to the Triangle Area next year to attend Veterinary School at NCState University. CaraLynn has lived in Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, New York, California, Texas (Dallas, Austin and San Antonio!), Virginia & Maryland (DC Area). She's got moving down to an art! And corporate relocation moves are her specialty as she's been through several!
CaraLynn's involvement throughout the years with the area schools makes her the ideal "go to" agent if schools are an important factor in your home decision-making. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Childhood Development from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. CaraLynn also spent many years as a Kindergarten teacher in the Dallas area. And, if you're looking for a great tennis or golf game, CaraLynn's got the places to visit! An former collegiate tennis player, CaraLynn is a member of Prestonwood CC and is quite knowledgable regarding other recreational clubs in the area.
